Sam is our Non-exec Business Director who advises on all aspects of business development, compliance, sustainability, and finance. Sam holds various non-exec roles across several industries and a part owner of OPD. Sam likes to visit antiques markets and take long walks with her dog, husband and 2 daughters.

Ryan is a co-founder business owner with 30+ years’ experience as a master builder. Ryan is an accomplished carpenter and worked across both commercial and domestic developments throughout Europe and the UK. A keen Koi carp enthusiast and actively supporting his 3 boys through their various sporting activities and when possible, a nice meal with his Partner Gemma.

Gemma is a part owner of OPD and leads on all aspects of Brand, Marketing and Design. Gemma’s experience across the service industry and developing portfolios helps shape OPDs service offering for all our clients. In her spare time, Gemma enjoys the outdoors and developing her seasonal gardens.

Co-founder and business owner, Dave has worked across Retail, Telco, IT and financial services sector holding roles within, Operations, HR, and Business Development and has a wealth of experience in dealing with and delivering complex projects. Dave enjoys following his daughter’s netball and football activities and likes nothing more than spend time with close friends and family.

Lee heads up our commercial and compliance department while being a first point of call for all our client requirements regarding financial processes. Lee has a wealth of experience across several industries specialising in H&S, commercial processes, and client care. Lee enjoys a round of golf and a game of tennis, when he isn’t spending time with his partner Nicole and twin girls.
